Legacy limit

Sorry, I missed your original posting in the older forums or I could have answered you sooner..

The 6 month limit for the length of a single calendar event is a legacy limit we have not removed. It was all due to the limits of the original UI to display blocks of time.

I believe that our template has a 24 hour limit for normal C&S entries but we can create some other entries that are longer which are not normal 'meetings'. However nothing we create will span that large an interval still.

To represent some event taking more than 6 months, you simply make back to back (to back to...) entries that cover the time in question.
